Proposal reference output: 300–350 pcs/hour.
The BK350 scope concerns static unbalance and phase; confirm other testing requirements separately.
Upstream and downstream integration
Review material preparation, mixing, forming, stacking, curing, inspection and packing as one process. Oven volume and individual press reference output cannot be directly converted into total daily factory output.
Project confirmation inputs
Provide diameter, thickness, bore, reinforcement structure, shifts and workshop layout. Confirm the supply scope, tooling quantities, utilities and services for the project.
