Installation and After-Sales
Installation, training, ongoing remote support and onsite services under the agreed terms.
Installation and training
Coordinate installation and commissioning when the site is ready. One training course is provided for one or two customer-designated engineers without a separate course charge; onsite engineer services follow the onsite fee terms. Training covers operation, controls, maintenance, troubleshooting and safety.
Warranty and fault response
Hardware warranty is twelve months from completed installation and commissioning under normal use. Respond within twenty-four hours after receiving complete fault information with preliminary diagnostic guidance; response time is not a repair-completion promise. Telephone, video and online support remain available.
Onsite service and charges
Onsite engineer service is USD 150 per person per day. The customer covers meals, accommodation, return and local travel, and communications. Agree personnel, duration and costs before departure.
Scope and exclusions
Covered hardware faults under normal use receive free repair under the terms. Misuse, human damage, failure to maintain as instructed, unauthorized disassembly/modification/repair, unsuitable environments and external conditions are subject to the stated exclusions.
Fault information to provide
Provide model, symptoms, alarms, occurrence time, photos/video, checks already performed and contact details.
