30-station single-head press: 300 t, 180–230 mm, 500–600 pcs/hour.
46-station single-head flip press: 200 t, 180–230 mm, 350–500 pcs/hour.
Confirm tooling and configuration for the intended cutting and grinding disc constructions.
Upstream and downstream integration
Review material preparation, mixing, forming, stacking, curing, inspection and packing as one process. Oven volume and individual press reference output cannot be directly converted into total daily factory output.
Project confirmation inputs
Provide diameter, thickness, bore, reinforcement structure, shifts and workshop layout. Confirm the supply scope, tooling quantities, utilities and services for the project.
