68-station press: 107–125 mm; proposal reference output 1200–1300 pcs/hour.
54-station flip press: 100–125 mm.
Related equipment includes a 200 L mixer and a 5 m³ oven.
Upstream and downstream integration
Review material preparation, mixing, forming, stacking, curing, inspection and packing as one process. Oven volume and individual press reference output cannot be directly converted into total daily factory output.
Project confirmation inputs
Provide diameter, thickness, bore, reinforcement structure, shifts and workshop layout. Confirm the supply scope, tooling quantities, utilities and services for the project.
